Leading with Strategic Vision

Cole Ames is a Certified Building Contractor in the state of Florida with experience in real estate development.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida and has worked across both residential and commercial sectors. Cole played a key role in the construction and delivery of 128 single-family homes in the Labelle, Florida area.

His expertise spans the entire development process — from identifying and acquiring vacant land, performing due diligence, collaborating with design teams, helping with creating market ready products, to budget and cost analysis, managing construction, and overseeing the successful sale of completed assets.

Cole enjoys a health conscious lifestyle and is active in the gym several days a week. Cole’s hobbies include NFL football fantasy leagues as well as basketball, hunting, and fishing.
